Was wanting a fish hawk or depth raider then I came across the smart troll. Anyone care to put their .02 in on good or bad on them. I’m not concerned too much on the cost if it works as described...

My thoughts were more of hooking it on rigger ball. The price I found was $705. Similar to Fishhawk.

That's exactly my reason for not buying into it. That's a lot of money hanging off of 20-25lb line.
