All-star game is a joke, and being linked to home field advantage in the world series is ridiculous. Can't say I won't tune in to check out Brewers players though.

He's gone ,face it ,ain't coming back,only cared about himeself and not the Packers `Enough is enough already please!  Not knocking his ability, But he left your team and showed no loyality IMO! Okay how much "Grief" am i going to hear from you guys now after saying what i had to say!  Rodgers is history! Let it go!!!

Arron Rogers at the padre dodger game?

Great baseball tonight and ESPN game of the week my two favorite teams, Dodgers, and Padres!

Cubs/Rangers opening night game was great. 10 innings. Nice start for MLB. 

Heard from a guy Ohtani has money on Texas today!

Colton Burns opening day starter for Orioles. 6 innings, 1 earned run and 11 K 's. Good for him!!!

The Chicago Cubs,  one of the oldest national league teams kick off their season today against their long time rival the.....Texas Rangers.
  I know they allowed a half a player to be on national league teams but you'd think that MLB would at least fake it a bit and start the season off with teams playing in their own league. 
 That's my first world grumble for the day.

Just read a interesting article on the MLB web site. there is talk of adding two new francises to the mix of MLB teams  Salt lake city and Nashville. Maybe it will happen maybe not. Only time will tell.

Well looks like Peter Angelos purchased the Orioles in 1993 for $173 million and now David Rubenstein, co-founder of the Carlyle Group, is buying the Baltimore Orioles from the Angelos family for more than $1.7 billion.

Not necessarily defending Pete Rose's gambling, but he always bet on his team to WIN.  He never bet on his team to lose. I feel fortunate to have seen him and the Big Red Machine play in Wrigley in the late 1970's.

Still "totally forbidden" Not only did that POS bet on his own team but would call up his bookie during the games he was managing and put $ down for them to loose.Hope Charlie Hustler and all the steroid junkies never go in while I'm still alive.    Just my 2 cents.

J.J granted he was one of the best however I think the reason for him not making it ,is that he bet on his own team back then which was totally forbidden..

So when are they going to let one of the best players ever to get into the HOF, Pete Rose. Forget the gambling stuff, you can anywhere and place a bet on any team now but he was one of the hard nosed guys that played the game
