I really enjoy a good beer, but the last few years I've been drinking more and more red wine.  Heart healthy, and all around better for you than beer.

For the most part I enjoy a dark, dry, red wine.  That said, King Estate from Oregon has the best Pinot Noir I've had to date.  Anyone else have any favorites?  Dave, I know you can add to the list!

Lol, no!  Rotten shame too!

I drink enough wine to help Wisconsin make the highly coveted most drinking list!

You’d think they’d throw a guy a bone!

It actually was a case FH!

I purcased two bottles of Rodney. The other one was breathing on the other counter.

Timers gives you a free bottle if you buy 12, how can a guy not take advantage of that!

It only gets better with age!

It is one of the easier ways to cook a bird ET.

Dry it off with some paper towel, rub it down with olive oil, season with your favorite, and set in on top of the beverage of your choice.

On a four burner grill, turn off one of them, turn the other burners to low, and put the chicken on top of the burner that isn’t on.  An hour and a half later it’s ready to eat
