That is a darn good question SM, and believe it or not, I don't have an answer for you.
I get up fairly early and am at work by 5:30 AM, and typically get home around 4:30 PM.
The first thing I do when I get home is uncork a bottle of wine and make dinner for my family. A glass of wine and cooking food for your family is a great way to unwind from the stresses of the day.
A bottle of wine is smaller than it looks, and believe it or not only has around (3) 1/2 full glasses in it.
5 hours later (9:30 PM) I am finishing the 3rd glass and hitting the hay.
My point is I drink 300+ bottles of wine per year, and can't possibly narrow it down to 5 bottles. So many are 3 out of 5!
I don't keep a log of the "buy agains" (although I likely should) and kind of browse around the wine section at the liquor store.
I can offer this, the best Pinot Noir I've had to date is King Estate from Oregon - it's just fantastic, and around $21 bucks a bottle.
