During the upcoming Christmas holidays, it's always fun playing family and/or adult games. In the past we've played Pictionary, Scattergories, Catch Phrase and other.....always lots of laughs. This year, we're looking for new ideas.... Would love to hear your suggestions......

Bears vs. Packers! (the rule book would clearly state that the Bears always win!)

Telestrations is a great game. Similar to mesh between telephone & Pictionary. Or the classic card game Pit - we play this every year at holiday family gatherings and it's always fun.

Wouldn't recommend Cards Against Humanity. Someone got it for Christmas last year so we played. Simply put, its depraved. No real entertainment value.

Just throwing it out there.

We have a tradition where we take a very well wrapped present and each person gets 10 seconds to try to open it. The gift is passed around a table to each person and you have to get the wrapping paper off and get the box open to reveal your gift. The only catch is that you have to do this with oven mitts on your hands. Usually have about 5 or 6 gifts that everyone would like. Good for some laughs.
