ran power pro originally, switched to the 832 when it first came out as it was a better line than the orginal power pro IMO. I have since switched from the 832 to the power pro super slick 8. I don't think you can go wrong with either the 832 or the super slick.

Suffix 832 by far.

I have lots of different people fish with me and many are new at the sport. Power Pro back lashes considerably more and when you get a BL many times it is a really bad one.

I buy a 300 yd spool of Suffix 832 and put 75 yds on 4 reels. Then in the off season I reverse it. Been doing that for XX years.

I like the Suffix 832 and I just started using the Power Pro Super Slick 8 which I like a lot better than the original Power Pro. Much quieter, smoother handles very nicely.

Sufix 832. Its rounder, smoother and easier to use. I like Powerpro too but in recent years I have pretty much changed to the Sufix exclusively.
