I have a g1 helix5 gps nav plus and when I’m fishing Lake Michigan I only get contour lines to 30’ and then just spot soundings. Does anyone whit this model get contour lines?

Yes, I have a Navionics chip.

Do you have a chip in this unit, or just using the built in map? The built in maps are not as detailed as the chips?
