Helix 5 Issue

My new Helix 5 is driving me nuts with not reading correct depth.  Issues seems worse under 10 foot.  Always reads in the 50’ range when there is an issue. Using the universal transducer in my Terrova.  My Heliz 7 on the dash works great.  The 5 has been a pain.   Any suggestions besides sending it in to Humminbird?  Thanks, Sully

Can you swap your two units and see if the problem stays with the transducer or the unit?
