Just got back from there on Saturday morning. The lodge is very nice and the owners are great. They have most of the stuff that you would normally need to take already in the cabins. All kitchen utensils, kitchen towels baking dishes. The potluck was also enjoyable. The fishing for last week was a little tough. Two nice days then a bad weather day and everything shut down, then nice day and back a forth like that. We caught our limit to eat everyday of walleye and did catch some nice but not great smallies. Biggest surprise was a 42" muskie on 6 pound test my boat mate hooked into. My biggest smally was 16.5 and biggest walleye was only 24. The trip was ok, the fishing could have been much better but the lodge is very nice and you could not ask for a better host.
There is a group of 4-6 of us that have been there 2 times and are going back this Aug. We have a great time; the owners (Mike and Chris) and the boat guy (Charlie) are super and really do go out of their way to make your trip enjoyable. The fishing is good and the camp is also very nice. We've fished the lake probably 6 times or more and enjoy it and Cedar Lake; they connect. No fishing report yet but will provide one the 2nd week of Sept, upon return. Steve
