Whatever you decide, just make sure to max out the HP with a reliable motor from Briggs, Nissan, or Tohatsu!

Just having a little fun :)

Cap-what kind of set up is he running? Prop, pitch,jackplate?53 seams kinda fast with a 150.

I take it he is running an Optimax I know they run good on that hull.53?  I am hoping to get that with a Yamaha 200 4i when it is all broke in.

My brother has the yarcraft you are asking about with a merc150,  four stroke 9.9. kicker,  dual counsel. 53 mph boat, smooth dry ride. He loves it.

Love my skeeter WX2100 walleye boat. But now u can only get skeeters with yamahahahahas on them. Mine has 250 pro xs optimax merc. Yar Craft u can still choose what motor u want. So now whenever i get another boat, i wont b able to go back to Skeeter which sucks cuz ive had 2 of them and LOVED em!!

I agree that the layout on the skeeter looks better and seems to have the better standard options. I have a 03 skeeter bass boat and I can say the quality of it is great. If I had to buy a deep v style boat it would be a skeeter hands down.

Skeeter has always made a good rig!

Congrats, post a few pics when you get her home.

Cheers

I have no experience with a Yarcraft, but did see a Skeeter at a  sandbar on the Wolf this past Summer. Really a nice rig - was laid out very nice.

It’d be hard to beat with a Yami on the back.

Are you just poking around, or seriously considering?

After reviewing both boat layouts, configuration, etc, etc,.....I would personally lean toward the Skeeter 1910.

Yes. Both have 200 Yamaha 4 strokes on them.

That's hilarious.. almost going to have to put a Briggs on er. The way it seems the price skyrocketed over last 2-3 years.
