Anyone out there running a tunnel vee? If so, how do they do on lakes?

Anything more than a light chop is pretty rough, larger waves you have just have to get the bow up and crawl over. I've taken mine on Mendota and Lac Seul, it works, just have to avoid the big water when the wind is howling.

If you fish lakes a lot it would be a second, complimentary boat for river fishing. It's a light rig so it is nice for hauling around and exploring.

Years ago I fished a tournament with a guy who had a Stratos tunnel hull boat. It was the toughest ride I ever had in a bass boat. I would never own one.
