I am wanting to add a seat to my boat (2000 165 Alumacraft). The others are swivleze post and lock. I had a hard time finding the post to match. The new post is slightly too big and will not work. Any suggestions were to buy posts that will fit?

PVC? Please put a Go Pro camera in your boat so you can post video when it snaps!

THere are a lot of different sized posts and trying to find one from a catalog seems about impossible. The couple options are; go to the dealer the boat was from, find a place like the others mentioned, or buy a post and base at the same time that match.

Down by Milw. Ryan road to the west off 94. There is a boat parts place on the south side of the road that has it all. Sorry I can't remember the name right now.
