Just recently purchased an 18' Alumacraft Tunnel V with a 75hp Evinrude e-tec. Any suggestions on what prop to run on it ? I'm leaning towards an aluminum 4-blade.

I feel you are on the right track looking at a four blade. The only issue you might find with aluminum is the lack of cup on the tip. Usually a tunnel boat has disturbed water going to the prop. Some Alum. props will not handle the aeration as well as a Stainless with more precise features. A good prop to try is the BRP Rouge or the Merc Spitfire Stainless. If you try an Aluminum I would try the Spitfire aluminum first.
