I have an older aluminum hull boat that has several cracks and leaky rivets. Wondering if anyone found a decently cheap solution to patching these that works good? Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Closed End Pop Rivets with 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive/Sealant to replace the pop rivets. (Cheap and simple)

GFlex Marine Epoxy for the seams (A bit more work but will work)

Go on You Tube, lots of demos.

Good Luck

You can use jb weld on the rivets. Did that yesterday in fact. Not sure how big the cracks are but those probably need a weld like stated.
