Bonus antlerless tag

So if you buy a bonus antler less tag, do you have to shoot a buck first, and then be legal to shoot a doe.

Or does it become either/or?

Your bonus antlerless tag can be filled any time. .so if u bought one u now have one buck and one doe tag. .hence u can shoot 2 deer
