I am sitting in the shack alone hunting this week. I am seeing some deer, but for the most part they are lazy with the warm weather. That may change Tuesday. Saw this tree today.

I've been our a fair amount. As others have noted, action and deer movement is minimal. I've had some great years of ML hunting but this isn't one of them.  Darn weather...

I've been out. Seems all action is at night in Kenosha county. Seats that's what my cams and my tree time shows. I do have alot of fresh rubs and scrapes. Been a weird year.

I planned on it had I not shot my buck of a lifetime an hour into the gun season.  I even planned on trying for a doe this past weekend but the guy renting the land at the farm didn't pull the bird seed stuff off of the fields.  Perfect habitat for the deer so there's no action in the woods.

Was out saturday and sunday on Waushara county public. Saw fresh rubs, scrapes, trails but no deer. Heard 1 shot saturday and 1 shot sunday. Done as I have no vacation left. Kinda wish they would do away with the 4 day doe hunt and extend muzzleloader through the weekend.

Had a two 130" class bucks mulling around this AM, maybe 20 does. No shots taken. Private land Adams county. There is a 160" 41/2yr around survived the 9 day.

Been out a few times since the end of the rifle season, From what I've seen, the deer are still pretty spooky.

I'm hunting public land in Columbia County.  Haven't seen a deer with the primitive weapon in my hand.

Hilights have been ATV's prepping for a control burn last week and seeing a great horn owl today.

Beats work or sitting in the house.

No, you haven’t been alone, Kutt. I was hunting the past few days, but I’m done now. I unloaded mine last night, straight into an adult doe at about 50 yards.

My brothers have been out as well. Younger bro shot a nice 8 pt Saturday morning, 200+ yards. Amazing what those “primitive” weapons are capable of. Lol.

I like your view! Good luck.
