I know they advertise as 'shoot through' mesh windows, who has done it and what effect on is there if any on flight.

I have practiced with it just to try it, however i'm not sure i'd shoot through it at an animal. If you leave the windows open all the time, the deer have no idea. turkey as well. wear black and they'll never see you. I've shot many turkey out of blinds with no mesh and windows just open. if an animal is going to catch movement inside, it would be a turkey. Deer have NO IDEA. Make sure you leave the windows open so the black on the blind is always there. it will take a week or so for them to get used to it.

As long as they are tight and you use a fixed blade there is no effect. If u have extra screens sacrifice one and practice through it to find out for yourself. That's what I did. It is only a small hole when u do shoot through it so you can take quite a few shots through it.
