Custom Features/Modifications Added to your Duck Boat....

I am purchasing a bare bones duck boat and would like to add some custom features/modifications to it to make it my own and more useful.
What things have you done or added to yours to make it more useful when duck hunting. Pictures are welcome so I can better understand your modifications.

As stated earlier, there are are a large number of things to do to your boat. I would advise that you take your time and think it thru before you start your modifications. After all, there is plenty of time to get it ready. Just an FYI, that I did to my boat. I used styrofoam between the ribs, covered with 3/8 black plastic sheeting.( the kind that does not get slippery). This is a whole lot easier to clean than carpet, dries off quickly, and muffles alot of noise. I built shelves on both sides of the boat for placement of necessary items. The one thing that I am very happy that I installed was the 6 lamp LED strip lights inside. One up front and one centered in the main part of the boat. Lights the inside up real nice so you can see the floor and whatever else you are looking for. The other light that I added was a tractor flood headlamp on the back of the boat. Makes it real easy for backing into the launches etc. at o-dark thirty. mounted fuses and switches for both sets of lights. Just a thought. Have fun with your new boat!
We use a 14ft v hull fishing boat and 5doz dekes so space is at a premium so we don't have any earth shattering mods...but here's some things I wouldn't want to not have.
A shelf on one side to put gloves, shells, drinks etc from being underfoot. Ours is a livewell but obviously any storage with a lid will work.
Some kind of non slip type floor. We have carpet which doesn't get slippery unless it gets icy. However the floor is almost always wet because of it.
Comfortable seats!
