green bay fishing, best time and location for giant eyes?

Cant go wrong fishing Larsen's Reef just south of Sturgeon Bay. Otherwise going north os SB you can find some great shoreline fishing this time of year. I prefer the night bite up there as the water is crystal clear and you dont see many other boats.

I personally have not found much luck out at Chamber's Island but many big fish are pulled from out there.
