ill be going up to vilas and want to catch some eyes. we will be staying right near wildcat lake and don't want to venture more than 10 15 mins(i know theres good walleye lakes within this range) where do i go and what do i use to catch some eyes? thanks for the info in advance.

i will be fishing in vilas co.mid october, staying near horsehead lake was wondering if it is a good lake to fish for walleye. and possibly where to try on that lake, or any other lake in the area with good walleye fishing. thanks WW

Well, Wildcat would be a great place to start! Nice little lake there.

High Lake and Fishtrap Lake are around there.

Cisco Chain is around there too.

Most waters in your area will have eyes. The trick is finding them this time of year.
