Black River State Forest Squirrel Hunting

Have hunted deer in state forest but would like to know how sqirrel hunting is.

camped there a couple weeks ago- talked w some guys hunting fall turkey- they say the small game numbers have gone way down in the past few years.... Take it for what its worth I guess

There is some great Squirrel hunting in this area, just find some stands of Oaks or Hickory trees and you'll find plenty of them.
