Left over spring permits

I just checked the status of our spring apps. and found that myself and my son (group app.), will be receiving tags for a time period that we didn't even apply for. I will be out of state that week on vacation. Does anyone know when the leftover permits go on sale?

leftover permits go on sale for zone one on the 18th of march other zones follow in order zone 2 - 19th zone 3 - 20th zone 4 - 21st....
