I have found that if I use a beadhead jig in either white or orange with a a size 8 or smaller hook that all the trout that I have caught have been lip hooked. I will bait this with a red worm threading it head first and leaving tail 1-1/2" free flowing. The hook is completely covered. Note when just using plain hook with worm, will get some that swallow it. Have other bait fishermen had similar experiencing? Ferd
