cold front/ fish shutdown

Any tips on getting fish to bite in this cold weather. was out today marked alot but they would come up then go right back down....

i do one of two presentations when after gills n crappie during or after cold fronts. one of my favorite is just a little firetiger teardrop with a waxi under a bobber and let it sit . for some reason they just cant take looking and smelling it. the other is slow ur jigging down to a constant almost slow motion using more horizontal jig n plastics. for crappie i just throw on a tiny hook and crappie minnow under a float or slow jig a tungsten ratso with a plastic. just my 2 cents. i also dont move as much ill look for em and when i start marking i usually just sit for awhile and work em til they bite. its harder but not impossible.
