Was thinking of making the trip there in the next year or two by train. Looked at Woodland's Resort, but it seemed a bit pricey. Any cheaper guided choices? Thanks in advance.

Did you ever make it out to Woodland Resort? We have called them a few times about lodging and they are very nice and seem to have a nice lodge, but wayyy over priced. We have stayed at Bluebill cabin the past couple years. VERY nice place right on the lake. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with full kitchen. Super nice people that own the place. And they are less than 1/2 the price of woodland. With the rising water though, I don't know how much longer they will be able to rent, it was getting pretty close to the cabin.
