It's been pretty awful for my first season here. I was spoiled by the amount of deer I saw in Wisconsin. My two private land spots may not be the greatest, but 8 times out and haven't seen a deer yet!? Camera has pictures, they are there, but not many. With the way locals around here hunt, I think Mn is a few generations away from good deer management. Even trails are not well worn. It seems as if deer around here wander willy-nilly. It's odd behavior.
