I have been fishing out of the fatfish for a couple of seasons now….It's biggest drawback is the way condensation drips off the ceiling if you run a heater in there. Does anyone have any remedies to this? Would the insulated version do the same thing?

I have a non insulated clam and had the same thing happening. I bought a roll of reflectix and cut pieces to fit between the supports and canvas...two for the roof and then one for each of the sides except the door. Then make sure to put a piece directly behind my heater. Anyway....the amount of heat that stuff holds in is unbelievable. Secondly, the reflectix on the ceiling will keep condensation from falling directly down on top of you. There is condensation but you can position the reflectix in such a way that it is collected and runs off away from where you are sitting. Just have to play around with it a little bit. Another thing I did was to get enough of those interlocking foam floor mats used for exercise and use that as a floor. Even during those bitterly cold days when temps were well below zero I could be more than comfortable with just a regular sized mr. Heater buddy instead of a sunflower heater.

You can hang a little fan from the top hub that should really help with the condensation.
