Bought any guns lately? What did you buy?

Just thought I'd post an update to my most recent AR purchase. I wasn't sure how well the polymer lower would hold for accuracy, but I figured it'd at least shoot minute of coyote accuracy. Based on this target (shot at 100 yards), I think it'll do just fine.

Now take into consideration that this is just with bore-sighting. I set it looking down the barrel and haven't touched any adjustments. And I don't think I will....

Fondled a Kahr CM40 last evening and I believe that my CM9 will be retired shortly. Throwing bowling balls is so much more fun than throwing baseballs.

Bought a Ruger LC9 for conceal carry and then got a Sig Sauer SP2022 in .40 S&W for my night stand!

Well, after checking my trail cameras the other day and one showed seven deer, but NINE coyotes, I decided that a .223 would make a nice addition to my gun rack.

Then yesterday I sold a video camera and found myself with $700 worth of fun money, so this morning I went AR-15 shopping. I picked up a New Frontier polymer lower, a DPMS upper, two 30 round magazines, 100 rounds of practice ammo, 50 rounds of varmint ammo and a Bushnell red dot sight. The whole bill was under $700, so I'm a happy boy.

Now, to shoot it to season the barrel and sight it in....

Benelli Montefeltro 20ga youth shotgun for my son. I bought it with an adult stock so that he can switch it out when he grows out of the youth stock.

Finally getting my Ruger #1 back from the gunsmith, so it is NEW to me Shilen select barrel installed/chambered in .375 Win with a Birdsong Teflon coating. This will be my black timber elk stomper and for deer within 150yds. Will shoot 265gr hard cast, heat-treated, gas-checked booolits from Montanabulletworks.
