NEWGLSF BANQUET

The 38th Annual N.E.W.G.L.S.F. Spring Banquet will be held at the Club Bil-Mar on Saturday, March 10, 2012. We will start with cocktail hour beginning at 4:30 and the meal will be served promptly at 6:30 p.m.. The fun starts after the meal with raffles, ½ the pot, guns, auction, silent auction and lots of door prizes to be given out for just purchasing a Banquet Ticket. Ticket prices are $25.00 per person before the banquet and $30.00 at the door.

Those of you who have attended our banquet in the past, you know it is like Christmas. The majority of the Door Prizes will have a value of at least $25.00 or approximately the cost of your banquet dinner ticket. We are again shooting for 200-250 plus door prize packages and about 150 Red and Green Raffle Prizes. “Banquet Tickets and the Early Ticket/Raffle Packages Changes”

The 2012 Spring Banquet Tickets and the Early Ticket/Raffle Packages can be purchased at the February Meetings from Larry and Mickey Burkart 920-682-5715 or they are also available at Louie’s Sporting Goods, Manitowoc and the Wharf in Sheboygan. For those of you in Two Rivers, you may call Jim and Julie Hippert at 920-793-4808.

The Early Raffle Packages (WILL NOT BE MAILED BECAUSE OF FEDERAL LAW), but Larry will mail out the Banquet Dinner Tickets. You may indicate the number of Banquet Tickets or Ticket/Raffle Packages needed on the Order Form found below and mail your request, along with your name and address and check to the address on the form. Then give Larry a call and he will make arrangements to get you the raffle tickets before the banquet or have them reserved at the door. Because more Early Banquet – Raffle Packages will probably be picked up at the door the night of the Banquet, we will open up the doors to hall at 4:30 so you can get your tickets separated and put in the respective containers. The Early Banquet Ticket/Raffle Packages Will Be Available Until March 9th. After That, Only Regular Tickets Will Be Sold.
