On the Water First Mate Class

We will be having our annual First Mate Class on May 18th. The cost will be $100 per student. Our team will take you out on our 31 foot pursuit and show you how to run all the rods you will need to know to be a first mate on a charter boat. For what it is worth... My son and I took this class last year. We really did not have much of an interest in being a First Mate, but wanted to learn how to run all of the various setups properly. We found this class to be VERY beneficial to us. Great hands on learning, all questions asked, and we were not only taught how to set them and use the gear, but set lines ourselves repeatedly while fishing on the boat. Came home with fish too! (Extra bonus!)We learned FAR more than what is advertised... I would HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn the ropes. I think it could save you WAY more than the class price just in gear if you learn how to do it correctly from the get go. A lot less tangles and nightmares, let alone all of the extra fish you will now catch by doing it right and learning some tricks...
