I recently found a dead deer on our property and put a camera over the deer to see what all came in. needless to say i got a lot of other critters, but we can't quite tell what this is.

fishing4ever, Fairly certain yote .. Triangular face and real pointed snout is dead give away. The one walking away is a yote for sure. The ears are nice and pointed too which are all signs.....

my opinion is you got a coyote and coyote pup on camera. when were these pics taken? the ears on the bigger animal are more taller and pointer like coyote compare to shorter more round ears of a wolf. it looks more like the coyote pics I see when Google coyote vs wolves pics.

Been getting some pictures of what I think is a wolf near Camp Douglas. We have several pictures of the larger animal. Now we just got a picture of what I am thinking is a wolf pup. What do others think?

My puppy pictures from this summer. My vote is wolf for all 3. Hard to tell but looks like two of them could be the same due to the tail looking to be only about 1/2 there.

One yote- one wolf. Look at the size compared to the pine tree and where he is standing to the black dots on the ground. Big fat yote, he couldn't chase anything live. Hard to tell on the other one but sheer size has me leaning wolf.

I would say yote. The reason I say this is we had the DNR come out last year for a archery buck we hit and found the next day. The guts were still intact but rear legs were chewed off. According to the warden a yote will go for guts first as in the picture.

Saw a wolf this morning just north of Stevens Point about 100 yards off hwy 10 on the north side of the hwy just before I-39 in the last field before you cross over the river/backwaters. Def a wolf. I've seen MANY over the last year while at work in northern Adams county.

I would say 12-19-12 is a yote The 12-17-12 might be a wolf They look to be two different animals, unless the 12-17 animal really got skinny in a two day time period till the 12-19 picture was taken This is my personal opinion
