Books on Fly Tying/Fly Fishing

What are some good recommendations for books on tying and fly fishing overall? I've been mainly finding patterns and that online, but I've been wanting to find some e-books (or even hard copies) on the subjects. I currently fly fish primarily for panfish and during the salmon and steelhead runs but I want to find some good info for trout patterns and ways to increase my overall knowledge and skill.

I have many books that teach fly tying, many of the books you need to find what you are in need for and when. Generally you can always save 20 to 30 bucks and find something on he web also. cheaper and takes less room according to my wife.
Lacrosse county and Vernon looking good on the streams so far. wait four to seven days for the water to see what will happen.
Check on the driftless angler web site for daily input to see what you should be using. coulee region trout unlimited also.
Charlie Craven is also a super nice guy. I have posted it before, he has the best website going as far as patterns and tutorials. Check it out if you have not.
He is up to 179 patterns now:

Charlie Craven has some great books on tying trout flies...his illustrations are superb. I also recommend anything written by Lefty Kreh or Bob Clouser. Royce Dam, from Wauwatosa, WI, just wrote a very good book entitled The Practical Fly Tier. You can't go wrong with any of these.
If you buy one tying book, it should be this one.... The Orvis Guide to Fly Tying by Tom Rosenbaur. Its geared in a way that anybody can understand and learn, whether you have been tying for 20 minutes or 20 years.
Other good books....
Clouser's Flies by Bob Clouser
Flies That Catch Trout but Ross Mueller
Since you said you fish mostly panfish, this one is a must have...
Bluegill Fishing and Flies by Terry and Roxanne Wilson
