I am thinking of taking my Kayak along this year to Canada. I was wondering if you need to have a registration license decal in Ontario. It is a 14. 5 foot Ultimate Angler. In Wisconsin, you don't need one if it's less than 16 feet. Does anyone know? Thanks.
