JD was 53 I believe. My first memory of JD was actually debating and argueing with him on LL. We were having a serious debate! From there, we talked back and forth and became online friends, which led to a fishing outing. He also got to know my grandfather pretty well and they fished together as well. JD was also there for me during a difficult time I was going through awhile back. We talked online alot. Due to living 6+ hours away, we did not get to see each other often, and I have huge regrets to not making the time to get together and walleye fish more. Life is so full of regrets...........but JD taught me to live life, love life, and love my family. Life is too short to worry about stupid crap. If your up there watching JD, THANK YOU. While you may not know it, you taught me alot about myself and about what is important in life. And I am sorry that we didn't get to spend more time together fishing. You fought a long hard battle, and are now in a better place. Thank you, and rest in peace my friend!
