I will tell you for a small market club, this team has some great young talent. Mauer can really hit, and the trade of Joe Nathan, Fransisco Liriano and Boof Bonsor (AAA), for only A.J. Pierzynski, is one of the best trades of all time IMO. Liriano is a STUD.

I think the trade for Toung wasn't the best, but thought it was funny when he went yard during his first game against us lol

Hilarious......Delmon Young got traded from the Twins to the Tigers today....the same team their playing. He rode the team bus with the Twins to the ballpark, gets out and walks to the Tigers dugout. 3 hours later, struck out by Joe Nathan. Small slice of happiness in a otherwise terrible season Cool

Never dismiss this team. A few weeks back I was thinking to myself that this team will likely be in the mix at the end.

Now, just 6 games out, I'd say the race is between Detroit and Minny. Sox are one of those teams that can get hot too. I think Cleveland will slowly fade.

The last two weeks, really it's been all season, has been painful to watch. Now with the news of the Killer gone it just adds salt to the wound. This team is too good to be playing this bad.

There is still a lot of ball to be played. I just hope they get going before the All-Star break or it could be could be to little to late.
