King Buck.....shenanigans being played by B&C? What's your thoughts?

knock knock Ditto you out there, Like I said I can be very happy with a 180" deer and have owned plenty of them, just not this one. What would happen if I just blew up the score sheet i have at 218 4/8 and started booking shows saying "pending world record" would it be right for B&C to stop me? I have 2 score sheets over the world record. My bad I have 3 score sheets over the world record.Again my bad I have 4 sheets over the world record. Some times you just lose track. ditto, You are pointing fingers which puts you in the same boat as the other people who can not admit the problems hunting faces now and in the future. We all should be working together to help hunting grow. Not throwing stones about a deer someone shot. Jealousy and finger pointing suck so everyone should knock the crap off.

jc there is no 2012 scorers manual! So not one person can prove its non-typ, sad you guys fought the good fight. Next time educate yourselves before you choke on crow! Even the scorers on here couldn't, I am just a taxidermist and know the rules better than you guys. Jack F-d everything up, why doesn't he clean it up? Instead he uses guys like you to defend him, like lemmings running off a cliff. I do feel sorry for you guys, one thing I have learned there are guys doing this for the club and others who are like in a cult. No matter the proof you won't change for nothing. Its O.K to be wrong, I have made mistakes a time or two, its not the end of the world.

vt, YEs a trophy is in the eye of the beholder and it shouldn't matter what others think. I will give the King buck all the credit it deserves, it's a HUGE buck that is the buck of many, many lifetimes that due to the way B&C scores deer only scores 180" as a typical. There are plenty of other bucks out there that are HUGE that don't score very good because of B&C's scoring system. The system may not be perfect but then again there is no way a system can be made to be perfect.

Hunting is suffering because of a very, very few people can't accept the fact that according to B&C scorring system the King buck only scores 180".

bc is supposed to be about the deer. It is abundantly clear to me and many others that they do not care about that and only about what they want even if it is not right. That is sad. But then people like the people on this forum lose sight of right and wrong, point fingers, and that is truly sad. A trophy is in the eyes of the beholder and it should not matter what others think of that. You all need to rethink your values and give the King buck the credit it deserves and quit bickering amongst each other. Hunting suffers because we can not agree except to disagree.

I am privy to the 2012 B&C new scoring manual. Definition for "abnormal point" is defined as: "any point sticking off the beam which resembles the right g3 of the king buck."

Let me help you understand why you do not have credibility with most of the posters on this thread, as you just don't seem to get it. I'm not bashing you, I'm really trying to help you understand:

1. You said "By the way the Rompola buck is real!" That statement alone is enough for me to take everything you say as complete bull. 2. You started all of this by saying all you wanted for this deer was a panel, to give this deer its day. It didn't go your way, and now you are saying the panel was against the rules because they didn't have a score sheet on the deer. The fact that you can't see the condradiction in that is just sad. 3. You continually ask for "proof" from posters, yet you consistently quote private conversations, some of which you weren't even present at. You say Jack R. said this or that in PA, and expect us to accept that as fact. But my recollection of this story is that you weren't even involved until long after Johnny had gone to PA. And how many posts have you made comments like Justin said this or Ron said that. I'm sure your lawyer will help you with this, but just saying someone said something isn't proof. 4. You spend one post calling for the other posters to be men and stop the name calling. Three posts later you are calling names and insulting others. If I had any training in psychology, I'd swear you were manic depressive.

I'm sorry this didn't work out they way you wanted. I know you want to see this through to the end, but I think you need to take a step back and ask yourself what the end is. You can't fight this forever. At some point, you need to decide when enough is enough and just let it go. You clearly have a lot of passion and energy, and it just seems it could be put to a cause that could have an impact on something bigger and more important than a deer. I know it's hard to accept when you have dedicated a ton of time and energy into this, but it is just a deer.

O.K lets clean this up. You guys that don't know about scoring and don't like what i am doing that's fine, but why the name calling? Why come on this thread for no reason? Did you watch the video or the interview? If you want to comment on that I will gladly talk.
