Looking for Land

I am looking to purchase 80 to 120 wooded acres of deer and turkey land. Looking to purchase from Neilsville south. Looking to spend around $225k Any suggestions on location? Thanks

good luck. if it's really good hunting land it will be more. I know of 40 acres going for 200,000 in the area your talking about.

BR, That's a pretty broad question and I suspect you will get very few responses. Unless you are looking for land for sale via this post. I'd suggest you look at listings in the area and use google earth. The latter will give you an excellent idea of what the land looks like before you actaully go and look at it for yourself. If power and winter access is important to you I'd look for something that is accessable in those regards, and if you can build a drive to a potenial building site. I purchased land south of Necedah 3 years ago. At that time I was told to stay away from the northern side of the refuge due to all teh cranberry farming going on. Not excactly sure why, just though I'd pass that along to you. Good Luck in your search.
