Cougar caught on cam

Only cougars I have ever seen was at the local watering hole with DOC... those cougars not very elusive, let you take pictures of them, and attack you even if you look at them! True story

Sorry guy but I can only believe about 1/2 of 1% of the cougar and other rare animal sightings that people say. Look at the trail camera pictures on this site and read how people think bobcats are cougars, woodchucks are wolveriens, etc. and these are from still photos that one is able to examine closely, not a fleeting blur in the woods.

...And the neighbors dropped it in the lake yesterday. Just kidding! you should get your cam back and post the pic, we'd all love to see it.

I saw one hunting last year in eau claire county bowhunting, came by at about 25 yards right at light. and a week earlier got one on camera about 1/4 mile from where i seen it.

I hate to be one of those people (like the ones stating they know friends who have photos of DNR releasing cougers, etc. usual BS story). Anyways a friend of mine said that there was a confirmed sighting of a cougar outside the Dells around memorial day. It is his land and his family saw it twice. DNR put up all sorts of cameras and took track samples, etc. Funny how this article states its only the second confirmed. Must only confirm then if someone has a photo that will inevitably end up with the media. Again, hate to sound like Im blowing smoke but this guy is completely legit.
