I was looking into it last year and what I learned is you have to book asap as bull tags are limited for each outfitter. THey all have calf and cow tags but bull tags can be hard to come by. kashabowie outposts was one that I remember stood out and seemed like they had what I was looking for.

Thanks Steve, I checked it out and the site says resident only on the moose hunts.

Do a Google search on Rock's Hunt Camp in Hornpayne, Ontario. I've bear hunted there with good success and have been in camp when moose hunters have scored as well with some nice bulls.
