Ive got an old pse usa spirit i use for bowfishing. The string is fraying apart badly. Do they make strings for this bow or am i sol on a string.

Does it have the steel cables yet with teardrops at the ends?If so It should be pretty cheap and easy to replace.

+1. Should be pretty easy to get a string. Go to a good bow shop not a big box store and they will help you out. If you have any of the original paperwork on the bow it would help but seeing that it is your bowfishing rig I would imagine it is covered with carp eggs! That stuff makes construction adhesive look silly.
