2007 800 Sportsman Overheating

Just got news from the dealer that after they replaced the head gasket, my radiator is corroded. They are going to take the radiator in to see if it can get flushed out. Has anyone else seen this on their machine? They said that in all of the years that they have serviced ATV's, they have never seen this.

Centralwalleye, live and learn. They will not be seeing my business again. You would have thought they would have checked that first.

sounds fishy to me if the dealer already worked on it... youd think they would of checked the radiator before doing the headgasket..

Dosent sound uncommon if you were getting combustion gas back into cooling system. Friend had a polaris 800 and had nothing but issues with it especially head gaskets.
