Zeeland ND is located in the south southwest corner of the state. 3 miles from the SD border. 50 east of the Missouri river. Zeeland is close to Great Duck and Goose hunting, Great Deer hunting and best of all Great Pheasant hunting. The September Dove season is awesome out there too. The town is surrounded by great PLOT land. Fishing anytime at local lakes or head to the Missouri river. Winter time you can coyote hunt and ice fish. Something for everyone!
Even if you just want to take a break. You will find a excellent house to stay in. It has a total of 5 bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms are up including one master bedroom which has 2 twin beds in it. 1 bedroom has a full bed and 2 bedrooms have 1 twin bed. Down stairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed. You can enjoy a living room with a ceiling fan, large dining room and a nice size kitchen, remolded bathroom with shower. Large 3 season porch to keep hunting dogs in or if it is too cold in the winter for them you can keep them in the front porch. We do not allow dogs to run free in the house or smoke in the house.
Everything you need is there!
Coffee pot to microwave, toaster, toaster oven, small freezer besides a full size refrigerator freezer and a stove. Plus a portable dishwasher. The house is completely furnished including bedding, hand and bath towels, all you have to bring is personal effects. You don't even have to pack much for cloths with a washer and dryer right in the house. If you look in the cupboards you will find a Foodsaver vac sealer to use (bring your own bags) for all your pheasants, ducks and geese. Even a gun cleaning kit. Outside we have a couple of grills, lawn chairs and also a fire ring.
The house is heated with hot water heat and in the summer you have an air conditioner in the stairway that will cool the entire house on a hot summer day. The house sits on 3 lots in the town of Zeeland. You could even have friends camp out on the lawn or pull up with a camper and hook up to the house for power.
Zeeland has a Café, liquor store, bank, Post office, 2 gas stations, car repair shop, Welding shop, and a limited grocery store, and you can even get your hair cut. The Café is open for breakfast and lunch till 2pm, you can even pour your own coffee if you want. . The closest town is Hauge ND, it has a nice grocery store and is 9 miles away. Ashley ND is the next closest town and is 24 miles away. Zeeland is a great town to relax in with friendly people.
