North Twin Retreat

The three season, two bedroom cabin located thirty feet from the water provides a fantastic view of the lake through an 8' x 12' window. One bedroom has a queen size bed, while the other sleeps three in a bunk bed. The lower bed is a double size, while the upper is a single. In the center of the living room is a full-size wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and an electric stove. The bathroom is completely remodeled with a full-size bath/shower stall. A television and DVD/VCR player are provided. And a forced air gas heating system allows the cabin to be used from early spring to late fall.

Nestled among the trees is a private, four bedroom home providing a view of the lake. The home consists of one upper level and one separate lower level. The upper level has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. One bedroom features two queen-sized beds, and another bedroom features one bunk bed and one queen bed. A full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave is provided, along with a roomy dining area and living room. The spacious, modern bathroom features two sinks as well as a shower. A television and a DVD/VCR player are included in the living area. The futon sofa in the living room converts to a bed that will comfortably sleep two. In the dining room, a sliding glass door opens to a spacious 12' x 30' deck. An octagonal table and many chairs are on the deck for your enjoyment.

The lower level is separate, and offers one bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen has a stove and refrigerator, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. The living room and dining area feature a wood burning stove with ground-level windows that provide an enticing glimpse of the lake. The living room also provides a television and VCR. For our customers’ convenience, the lower level also has a utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

For your convenience and enjoyment, each unit features a fire ring for outdoor campfires. The shoreline consists of three sturdy piers along with three boat lifts (one provided for each facility.) A new, screened-in fish cleaning house is available. It features running water and ample counter space. A deep freezer is provided for your convenience for fish storage.

There are two snowmobile trails that are within 100 yards of the home. Major trail #17 is across Highway 17, just North of the home. When North Twin Lake freezes over, one can access the same trail by traveling the Lake Trail. Both these trails merge at The Great Escape Bar & Restaurant just a mile down the road from the home.

North Twin Lake offers 2880 acres of water, and South Twin Lake offers an additional 780 acres. North Twin and South Twin are both excellent muskie, walleye and perch fishing lakes and the ice fishing is fantastic!

4 BR Home - $1050 Per Week / $235 Per Night For Up To 6 Guests
3 BR (Upper Only) - $720 Per Week / $150 Per Night For Up To 4 Guests
1 BR (Lower Only) - $525 Per Week / $110 Per Night For Up To 4 Guests
2 BR Cabin - $720 Per Week / $150 Per Night For Up To 4 Guests

• Our 4 bedroom home is available for rent year-round. Our 2 bedroom cabin is available for rent from May through October.
• A pontoon boat is available for an additional $400.00 per week (or $150.00 per day), including motor, gas & oil.
• A 14' aluminum boat is available for an additional $60.00 per week. A 7 1/2 or 9-horse motor is available for an additional $110.00 per week, with the first tank of gas and oil included.
• Additional persons may be added for $15.00 per person per night.
• Rates include all linens.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Guests assume all risks and responsibility for any damage, breakage, loss or injury incurred on, in or around the premises or lake as a result of the use of the facilities.
• No refunds are provided for early departures.

Cancellations:
In the event you must cancel, a six week notice is required for a refund.

Payment:
Full payment is required no less than one month prior to your stay. We currently do not accept credit cards.

Pets:
North Twin Retreat has a strict no pets policy.

Liability:
Guests assume all responsibility for any damage, breakage, loss or injury incurred in, on, or around the premises or lake as a result of the use of these facilities.
