As a family run bait shop customer service is our focus. We have everything you need for a day of fishing on a boat, off a pier or on the ice. If we don't have it let us know, suggestions always appreciated and accepted.

Stop by for a cup of Coffee and swap some fishing stories with Greg during the day or Kathy in the evening.

Our Staff
Greg and Kathy Nickolaus - Owners
Both Greg and Kathy have been fishing since they could hold a cane pole. Kathy loves bass fishing. Greg is not as particular, as long as he is fishing he is happy, although he enjoys hunting for the giant Musky. They have enjoyed the fishing and the people in Okauchee since 1986.

Chris Terry - Staff & Guide
Chris is our shop's fishing guide. He grew up fishing our local waters so he knows the seasonal patterns for our local lakes. He has appeared on Midwest Outdoors Television and is regularly featured in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Outdoors section. Chris specializes in shallow water techniques for a variety of species. When he's not guiding or working on his Ph.D., he can usually be found in the shop. He loves to talk about fishing and is always willing to help other anglers.

Guide Services Available
I offer a variety of options for clients who seek an experienced guide for our local waters. You are welcome to bring a favorite rod and reel, but I provide all the rods, reels and tackle neccessary for a day on the water. I use high quality Falcon and St. Croix rods with matched Shimano, Browning and Pflueger reels.

Pricing for 2010 - Up to two people

• Half Day: $250
• Half Day: $350

$50 additional for a third person.
