About Us

Founded in 2011 we are Rhinelander's newest bait and tackle shop. We are conveniently located on Lincoln St. in Rhinelander, across from Kohl's, in the Wash Works Car Wash Building. Centrally located near some of Rhinelander's premier fishing waters. We offer a full line of live bait. We have seven tanks of minnows available for most species of fish. Our minnows will catch fish or die trying! We carry waxies, spikes, and wigglers when in season. We carry night crawlers, worms, leeches. We can special order flats of crawlers, wigglers, leeches by the pound. Whatever the fishing need we can assist you.

We carry a full line of tackle. We are the home of BS Tails, (Bait Shoppe Tails) our own bucktail and spinner baits. We can custom make any color bucktail in marabou, tinsel, hair, etc. We can custom make sucker harnesses and rigs, and custom leaders. Just let us know what we can make for you.

We are home to Peltos Custom Jigs and Rigs. Sold primarily to other bait and tackle dealers, Peltos can supply you with aspirin jigs, round head, etc. Call us to place and advance order. (Most orders need to be placed prior to March 1st.)

We are an exclusive dealer for Musky Innovation Rods, Falcon rods and reels, Artic Armor Insulated Suits. We carry Nils USA Augers, Jiffy augers and many other brands. We carry Shimano rods and reels, Abu Garcia, Pfluger rods and reels, Berkley, South Bend, Northland Tackle, and many others. We carry one of the largest selections of bulk jigs in the Rhinelander. If we don't have it on hand we can get it in two to three business days.

Services:

We offer reel repair, cleaning, and greasing. We can repack tip ups. We can sharpen auger blades.

We have numerous independent guides available for bookings. They can offer you a great day on the water from panfish to game fish. Let us know how we can assist you in your fishing trips.
