The Hemlock House is a private three-bedroom two-bath home on Little St Germain Lake, a beautiful 956-acre lake ideally suited for a wide variety of year round recreational activities. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the Hemlock House offers a unique alternative to the crowded resort atmosphere.

Experience the tranquility of this year-round home nestled among the shady hemlock trees. Only 40' from the waters edge, the lake and private pier are easily seen from the house and deck. In summer, enjoy the many fishing, swimming, and boating opportunities right outside your front door. In winter, some of the area's best ice fishing spots are equally accessible. In all seasons, this home is only minutes from town for dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, cross country ski trails, and numerous other recreational activities.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, the other has two twin beds, and there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This newly renovated home has all of the modern conveniences you need for a memorable vacation getaway in any season. Sleeps up to 8 people.

The Point House is a secluded three bedroom home on Little St. Germain Lake, a 956 acre lake perfect for fishing, boating, and swimming. Located on a dead end road between West Bay and No Fish Bay, this newly remodeled home offers a panoramic view of the lake with both morning and afternoon sun.

This home is only minutes from town for dining, shopping, golfing, go-carting, horseback riding, and many other recreational activities or you can just sit back and enjoy all the peacefulness and beauty that the Northwoods has to offer.

Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third has 2 twin beds, along with additional sleeping in the spacious living room area. This cozy, clean, and comfortable home will provide a wonderful vacation getaway for any season. Sleeps up to 8 people.

The Eagle's Nest Lake House is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home with deck.

Hide away from the world in this charming 3 bedroom home overlooking West Bay of Little St. Germain Lake. Nestled on a hill, this home has spectacular views of the lake from the house, the deck and the campfire area.

Steps lead down to the lake with a landing/ campfire area halfway and a small, sandy beach at the shoreline.

The newly remodeled kitchen is open to the living area with 3 bedrooms off to one side. One bedroom has a queen size bed; one has 2 twins, the third has another twin bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Whether relaxing on a lawn chair, fishing from the dock, or enjoying the lake, this home offers many opportunities for a memorable vacation.

The South View Lake House offers an affordable family option to the crowded resort/condo setting, South View Lake House overlooks beautiful South Bay of Little St. Germain Lake and is situated only 30’ from the water’s edge! Our quaint vacation get-a-way is located on a quiet peninsula between No Fish Bay and South Bay surrounded by towering white pine trees in a spacious park-like setting.

This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom private lake home takes in spectacular views of South Bay from both inside and out with all the comforts of home.

Accomodations include 1 full and 2 twin beds as well as a queen size sofa sleeper. 2 additional twin beds in the adjacent sleeping cabin are available for an extra fee. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Enjoy fishing, boating and swimming from the 32’ of private pier. Picnic and fire pit areas are conveniently located within steps of the home or the lake. A wide variety of additional summer and winter activities can be enjoyed in the neighboring vicinity with shopping, dinning, golfing, go carting, horseback riding, walking trails and many other options just minutes away.

The Pine Cone Cabin - Fully Handicapped Accessible is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is handicapped accessible. One bedroom has a queen bed with attached handicapped bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. The open living/dining/kitchen area has a queen sized futon, a gas fireplace and a snack bar island. The cabin has large windows that overlook the lake and yard. There is a screened porch, patio and path to the handicapped pier. Sleeps up to 7 people.

The Pine Cone Cabin is loacted on the Sunset Pines property with the Sunset House. The cabin may be rented on its own or with the Sunset House to accommodate up to a total of 20 people.

The Sunset House is a large home with plenty of afternoon sun. Located on East Bay of Little St. Germain Lake, it faces west with beautiful sunset views. This spacious level lot has majestic pine trees, 200' of shoreline, and a sandy lake bottom. Enjoy the outside relaxing at a picnic table, or lounging in a lawn chair around a campfire. There is a sand box and swing set in the yard.

The Sunset House is a split level home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub/ shower, a kitchen and an open living/ dining area with a large window overlooking the yard and lake. The bedrooms have 1 queen bed and 3 twins. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The lower level has 2 more bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with a queen and 2 twins. There is also a bathroom with a shower, plus a family room area with a sofa sleeper and a second TV and DVD player. Sleeps up to 13 people in beds.

The Sunset House is located on the Sunset Pines property with the Pine Cone Cabin. The house may be rented on its own or with the cabin to accommodate up to a total of 20 people.

The South Point Lake House is a large, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with 2 decks.

Located on Little St. Germain Lake on a wide point between South Bay and No Fish Bay with outstanding views in all directions. South Point is very private as it is at the end of a dead end road. The house is located on a spacious lot with level frontage and a sandy lake bottom.

Relax among towering pine trees, fish from the dock, swim or escape with a good book. Outside there are 2 picnic tables, lawn chairs, a charcoal Weber grill, and a camp fire pit with wood.

This home offers many opportunities for group get togethers or quiet moments of solitude. Gaze at the lake from the living room or enjoy a cozy fire. Gather in the breakfast nook for a game of checkers, a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.

The large kitchen table seats up to 8 people with a breakfast nook accomodating 4 more. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and a third has 2 twins. The large sleeping suite allows for privacy even with a group, adding 2 more twin beds, a futon, it's own bathroom and another TV with DVD player. Sleeps up to 12 people.

The Cove. If you’re looking for a group get-away with the seclusion of a private home, The Cove is designed with you in mind. These two homes share a 1 ½ acre wooded lot with 175’ of sandy lake shore. Both the main house and the cabin have been fully restored to their original charm with the addition of modern conveniences for a relaxing vacation.

The Heron House features a large kitchen/dining area equipped with everything needed for family get togethers, including a dishwasher for easy clean up.

Gather in the spacious screen porch for a morning cup of coffee or to watch the wild life wander through your yard. The beach and docks are easily seen from the house and porch to help keep an eye on the kids or fishermen.

The living room is a comfortable place to watch TV, enjoy a fire, or watch the sun set over No Fish Bay of Little Saint Germain Lake.

There is 1 bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed. and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The lower level offers 3 more bedrooms with an additional queen bed and 4 twin beds, as well as a family room with a second TV and DVD player. Sleeps up to 12 people.

Reservation Policy
Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guests and yet to prevent loss of income to our business. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it. If a guest cancels a reservation more than 45 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, we will refund their deposit. If a guest cancels a reservation in less than the required notification times, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent that unit for the full price and dates. If reservation is cancelled less than 1 week prior to check-in date, full rent will be charged to the credit card unless property can be re-rented.

Deposit Policy
A deposit should be made as soon as you make a reservation. We will only hold your reservation for 1 week without a deposit. $500 (or 1/3 of the total rent) will be paid as deposit on rentals of 4 or more nights. A deposit of one night's rental is required for rentals of 4 or less nights. Additional deposit may be required for pontoon rental.
