2nd Annual Saint Thomas More High School Legacy Fishing Classic

The 2nd Annual Legacy Fishing Classic will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013, on Pewaukee Lake. The launch, weigh-in, lunch and awards will be held at The Sports Dock, on the east side of Pewaukee Lake, W278 N2345 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee. The Legacy Fishing Classic is a team catch-and-release bass fishing tournament. Proceeds from the Saint Thomas More Legacy Fishing Classic will benefit the Legacy Scholarship program at Saint Thomas More High School. Created in 2007, the Legacy Scholarship is awarded to qualifying students who are sons, daughters, grandsons and granddaughters of alumni of Don Bosco, St. Francis Minor Seminary, Pio Nono, St. Mary’s Academy, and Thomas More. The Legacy Fishing Classic is one of only two fundraising events that support the Legacy Scholarship. The success of these two events directly affects how many scholarships can be awarded each year. Last year’s event raised more than $5,500! Besides crowning a championship team, there will be two Big Bass Awards awarded during the day. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to enter raffles for prizes, and have a great day out on the lake. Prices: $50 per person until May 8th, 2013. $75 per person after May 8th. $25 per participant under the age of 18, $35 per participant under the age of 18 after May 8th.
