"The info says there is no boat access but there is a DNR ramp and dock off of Boot Lake Road dead end portion. To get to the ramp there is a long narrow gravel road. There is parking for 2 maybe 3 rigs and limited space to turn."

"ONE OF MY FAVORITE GO TO ICE FISHING LAKES FOR BIG CRAPPIES AND GILLS. VERY LIMITED PRESSURE. CRAPPIES RUN 10-11" ON AVERAGE WITH SOME BIG SLABS UP TO 16" AVAILABLE. WALLEYES ARE THERE BUT HARD TO LOCATE. THE S.W BAY IS SHALLOW AND WEEDY AND THAT'S WHERE THE GILLS ARE DURING HARDWATER."
