Ice Depth: 10" Conditions: Partly Sunny Air Temp: 16° - 20° F
Was out today, from about 8 am to 3 pm, and didn't have much luck. Water was murky and nothing I used was working. A lot of people out, talked to a couple of others out there who said they weren't doing so great either (they still fared better than I did). I do want to say THANK YOU to whoever found my fishing pole and left it up by the parking lot; the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing trip. Still new, still learning. Sleepy

Went out at sunrise, a few marks, one bite. Fished south west of the lighthouse. Had better luck between the points in 11 feet of water last week. 4 wheeler and permanent shacks are starting to get out, there was one guy who drove his truck out. best fishing from sunrise till 9 for me. caught the most on rosies but had bites on waxies

Just wondering how far of a walk is it out to get on some fish? Tryed fishing bago last year and tryed to walk out from the east side. That was a long walk!

FISHING REPORT

Fished this morning from 630 am til 1130am. Had lots of marks early in the morning but then really slowed down by 930am. Only had one crappie. Gave them everything in the box without success but that's fishing.

Hey guys, looking for a little help from everyone on this site. Went out Wednesday and while heading back in after fishing I think I lost my little buddy heater... if anyone found it or knows anything about its whereabouts it would be much appreciated. Thanks

Went out by myself Thursday morning till bout 1pm,wind was calm air temp in low 20's solid 9 inches of ice. Out between the points with the others. Bright Orange and pink tungstens tipped with rosy heads was the ticket for me. Ended up with 16 crappie biggest 13 3/4 4 nice perch as well. Took my old man and bud out today same spot marked them all day couldn't get them to bite. Much colder and windier today.. Frustrating.. Good to be out tho.

FISHING REPORT
1/15/16 2:00 PM CST
Ice Depth: 9" Conditions: Cloudy Air Temp: 26° - 30° F
Fished the bay this morn for a few hrs. Got out later than I would have liked. Ended up with one perch and one crappie. Lots of marks not many takers. Was using waxies on panfish jigs. Lots of people out, seemed to slow up as cold front came through. Was nice to finally get out on the ice. Good Fishing All!

FISHING REPORT

Ice Depth: 8" Conditions: Cloudy Air Temp: 6° - 10° F
Went out a little later in the morning about 9am until 12 mostly to check the ice for myself and it for me was 8" inside the bay in about 5.5' of water. Clarity was bad yet for me with about 3' before I lost the jig. A few days ago there was open water outside the bay so be careful venturing way out. Most people today were in 4.5-6.5' and the bite was slow for most. No fish for me but this weekend I plan to go out a little deeper water and see how that works. Good luck and stay safe everyone.
