Popped 5 milkers today. Wish I could say it was easy, but it wasn't. Lots of work anchored up. Lots of guys drifting. I never cut the anchors loose and start drifting til the down run. Not saying it doesn't work, but experience has me programmed to work the wolf this way.

Not a fishing report. I'm looking for a fishing partner for tomorrow. I have a 16ft Mirro Craft, not the fanciest thing but works well. I am coming from Sheboygan and plan on leaving early morning and plan on fishing all day. Message me if interested.

Slow bite in New London but still getting some fish. 4 hours and 7 fish. All 15" eaters. Worked by the launch all the way down to Northport. No real "hot spot" but pink variation colors are working best.

tightline, I posted this the other day when you asked the same question but I'll do it again. There are many shore fishing opportunities. It depends how far you want to drive. Shawano dam, right in Shawano. County road CCC where it crosses the river, Koepke County Park in Shiocton (fishing platforms and nice shoreline), Bamboo bend, Shiocton. Barker County park, Shiocton (fishing pier and lots of shoreline). Mac's landing in Hortonville also called Buchman access (added bonus, Damn Yankee tavern right across the river). In New London you can fish from the power company (or gas company) property if you get permission. The Sturgeon trail on County X has good shoreline fishing. Fremont has Red Banks Resort and there is a designated fishing area under the highway 10 bridge. Gills Landing in Weyauwega. Stephensville bayou boat landing. Winneconne bridge. Highway 41 bridge walking trail leads to some good fishing, but it's quite a hike. Rainbow Park, Oshkosh. These are few, hope it helps. http://www.outagamie.org/index.aspx?page=335

There are two close access launches. One is Fleases Campground launch, but it's not a public launch. The second is a Waupaca County parks launch located at the cable crossing. It's a five dollar launch fee. Take Cty Rd W south out of New London to Dey Rd. West on Dey Rd until you get to the launch. Travel down river five bends and your at Fleases marsh.

Fished from the Little Wolf down to Fleases. Nada... Water is high, which is good... most all of the ice is gone. Some still floating so be careful when running wide open. The Round Hole is still half ice covered. The dock at the Cable Crossing launch isn't in yet, but I imagine it will be this weekend. I would assume a lot of shacks will go in this weekend or next. Was able to fish with getting a lot of junk on the line, just didn't locate any active fish. No other fisherman on that stretch of water out today.
